We are the only company in Pakistan with a reagent down-filling facility, manufacturing the reagent “Innoline”, which is IVD ready-to-use liquid stable reagents for the quantitative determination of pathological lab tests in clinical chemistry analyzers.

He is recognized as the face of the Martin Dow Group and has received praise for his in-depth knowledge of numerous facets of the pharmaceutical industry.
After completing his Bachelor of Science business graduate degree (BSc) from Brunel University in the UK, he proceeded to further his education with a double Master's degree.
He holds a Master of Science in Global Business from the University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom and a Master of Science in International Business Development & Consulting from Novancia Business School in France.
He joined the Martin Dow Group of Companies in 2016 after completing a structured orientation program in Marketing, Finance, Business Development, Human Resources, and Regulatory Affairs. In 2017, he assumed the role of Business Development Lead, launching eight new items for the Group by mid-2018.
Ali is playing an essential role in shaping the future of the Martin Dow Group, carrying on his father's vision by guiding the group's foray into further diversification through successful strategic acquisitions and flexible technologies. Besides dedicating his time to grow the business, Ali is deeply involved in Philanthropic endeavours, he has taken on roles in 3 leading Healthcare institutions. He is the Core Committee Member of the Shaukat Khanum Karachi Project, a Member of the Fund-Raising Committee at The Indus Hospital & Health Network (IHHN) and a Trustee at the Memon Health & Education Foundation supporting and ensuring free quality healthcare service. He is also selected as the Youngest Global Leader from Pakistan for the year 2023 by the World Economic Forum.
With his impeccable leadership, he is now expanding the Martin Dow Group’s worldwide partnerships, talent development, and industry influence.
Javed is a Group Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Martin Dow Group, and under his leadership, the group has experienced unprecedented growth, including the acquisition of the Roche brands and manufacturing facility, leading the Group's growth further through his noteworthy insights.
He is a qualified fellow member of the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan, with over 25 years of experience leading in diversified functions such as Finance, Marketing, International Business, Business Development, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, New Product Development, and Technical Functions.
He has held key positions at a number of leading multinational and national companies, including Abbott Laboratories, Getz Pharma, Briogene, and AJ Research & Pharma (a Saudi Arabian subsidiary of the Al Jomiah Group), the latter two of which he served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
To his credit, he has grown AJ Pharma from a start-up to a global company with a strong presence in both prescription and consumer health markets across seven ASEAN and GCC countries. Under his guidance, the Martin Dow Group continues to grow and set new standards of distinction across the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry in Pakistan and abroad.
Dr. Suleman Alvi is leading the entire Life Science Division of Martin Dow Specialties (Pvt.) Ltd, including both Medical Diagnostics as well as Life Science Chemicals based at Martin Dow Group Corporate Office, Karachi. He is responsible for Life Science P&L with full accountability for Business Growth, New Business Development & International Partnership Management.
Dr. Suleman Alvi holds a Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery degree from Dow Medical College, Karachi. He also holds an Executive MBA degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences. He brings extensive local and international experience of more than 22 years in pharmaceuticals & Life Sciences marketing, sales, and business development with leading multinational companies, including Sanofi, AstraZeneca, and Abbott Laboratories.
He started his Pharma career in July 1999 from Sanofi, he remained associated with Sanofi for more than 7 years and progressed through various key roles within Marketing in Pakistan as well as in regional roles (for APAC region) based out of Singapore.
In March 2010, he joined AstraZeneca and progressed over a period of 4 years through various roles in Business Development, Strategy, and Regional Marketing, first in Pakistan and then in Dubai (UAE).
Before joining Martin Dow Specialties (Pvt.) Ltd, he worked at Abbott Laboratories for 7 years, initially in Pakistan as Business Development Director and subsequently as Director Marketing & Trade and then in Dubai as Regional Marketing Director for MEAP region.
Nawaz Abid is leading the Medical Diagnostic business for Martin Dow Specialties (Pvt.) Ltd as Business Unit Head of Medical Diagnostics. Nawaz Abid has over 23 years of experience in the diagnostic industry and plays a vital role in developing plans to establish brand and business and setting short-term and long-term departmental goals. He leads entire diagnostic business functions, including marketing, sales, service, and business development.
Nawaz Abid holds a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences degree from Punjab University and an MBA in Marketing. He started his professional career with Merck Pakistan in Diagnostic Division in 1998.
He has a vast knowledge of advanced management and IVD products and market. He has attended many international IVD and management trainings.
Shahrukh joined the Martin Dow Group in 2020 and has since risen to the position of Chief People Officer for the group.
He has served as the Director of Human Resources for several organizations and holds over 20 years of experience working in Pakistan, the Middle East, and Africa. His career spans work for a number of prominent national and multinational organizations, including Getz Pharma, Abbott Laboratories Pakistan, Reckitt Benckiser Arabia, and DXB Entertainment
Shahrukh holds a Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources & Marketing. He is also a certified Leadership Coach from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
